Across the street, in the park, the local cover bands and tribute acts were entertaining the Ribfest crowds. Outside the Sandman Signature Hotel a couple of young musicians were giving it their all. They are called Creature. Kenny on drums is going into grade 12 and Matt on guitar and vocals just graduated from high school. It is great to see that we have talented, upcoming musicians in our community. Who knows? Maybe we will see Creature playing at a big show in the park one of these years.
