CFBX, the campus/community radio station located at Thompson Rivers University, will host two 10-day Summer Radio Camp for high school students, from July 7-18 and August 11-22, 2025.

Students will learn the art of radio, from interviewing and scripting a radio show, to editing, sound production and journalistic standards. Instruction will be guided by veterans of radio production, hosting, journalism, writing and teaching, using professional gear and real-world techniques.

The Sound Waves Radio Camp was made possible with grants from The BC Interior Community Fund and the City of Kamloops.
