A loving society would be one that is built with love for others as the criterion in every matter.
Some Christian leaders have suggested that we build a loving society for all. This would mesh with my understanding of what Christian faith is really about. The Civil Rights movement, according to Richard Rohr, had love for each other as its base, and was built on faith.
But how to built this? It may not start with a massive social upheaval. It can start with you, with your commitment to being love on a daily basis.
This commitment will bring up its opposite, in order that you are able to deal with whatever issue or memories you find within yourself that are lacking in love.
