In taking a short look at the principle tenets of advaita, we see that duality includes conflict and division. When there are two or more, conflict arises. By dividing up our world, we imply separate needs and desires for each individual piece.
In returning to the Absolute, there is no division, therefore no conflict. All forms – all things that have a beginning and end, and can be defined; arise from the Absolute and subside back into it. Everything is impermanent, except the Absolute, which is formless and therefore no-thing.
